Welcome and thank you for your interest in our Iowa Swabian Hall pig. This is a purchase order that gathers your information so we can guarantee your space on processing day. It also allows us to prep for delivery and determine where to best deliver your pig. Please specify which exit on I-80 if you are not picking up your pig at the Charcuterie Masters Event. If you have any issues please call 573-375-111. Drop off along the I-80 corridor will occur approximately Feb 25th until Feb 26th.

$3.75 Per lb hanging weight
Pig is Whole or Half, processed with Head On and Skin On
There is a $65.00 processing charge.
A small delivery fee based upon the number of pigs we bring with us. On February 15th we will know the delivery pricing.
Please indicate how big of a pig you would like to have. We will strive to get as close to that weight as possible. If you want a pig for curing, the larger the better, due to the fat content and subsequent shrinkage, for the perfect charcuterie.
We will be delivering pigs between Feb 25th to 26th. Make sure we have a good number for you. A final invoice will be sent the day we pick up from processor. Cash or Credit Card will work. We can swipe card at pickup.
All pigs are USDA processed by Swiss Meat and Sausage Co. located in Hermann, MO. Fresh pork will be delivered in accordance with Federal Compliance Regulations.
